IAAGT Grievance Process

IAAGT is committed to conducting all of its activities in strict conformance with the ethical guidelines of all professional associations and societies. We comply with all legal and ethical responsibilities to be non-discriminatory in all organization activities. The monitoring and assessment of compliance with these standards of professional conduct are the responsibility of the entire community.

While IAAGT goes to great lengths to assure fair treatment for all participants and attempts to anticipate problems, occasionally issues will surface and come to the attention of the organization that requires intervention and/or action while maintaining the safety of all.

If you would like to file a Grievance, and enlist the support of the IAAGT Administrator in creating a space for a mediation process between you and another, please contact the Administrator at admin@iaagt.org

Please include

  • any information about the situation (that you are comfortable),
  • the way in which your would like IAAGT to support you,
  • and the resolution you envision.

Emails are kept entirely confidential between the IAAGT administrator and involved person(s) until outside involvement is deemed necessary by all involved. Typically the IAAGT President is notified (with permission), and will facilitate the process. Each situation is unique, and will be approached as such.
